⦁ Each rental is based on premises of „good faith “which biker to biker will try to take a good care of the rental motorcycle as it was his own.
⦁ Motorcycle rental period starts in the moment of signing this document. Rental period lasts as previously agreed.
⦁ Rental period is based on 24-hour period and calculated as a full day of rental. Desmo adventure doesn’t offer half day rentals.
⦁ Early rental returns do not qualify for a refund.
⦁ Late return of the rented motorbike is subject to additional fee. Each additional minute is charged by the rate of 1 euro/minute. Late returns longer than 2 hours are considered to be charged as additional day of rental.

• Cancelation policy

The payment in advance is non-refundable, but fully redeemable on your next booking within 12 months if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to pick-up (50 euro administrative fee applies). Balance payment terms: 30% instant charge. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to pick-up: free of charge; less than 30 days prior to rental: 100% charge

⦁ We do not allow following:
Drinking and driving (it is dangerous, and also against the law)
Reckless driving
Going on the race track with rented motorcycle by Desmo adventure
Wheelies and tire burning
Doing a competition with our motorbike
Doing an excess milage with the intention other than pleasure riding
Lending a motorbike to other people outside the signed contract by Desmo adventure

⦁ Additional charges include fees:
Late return
Damage to the equipment and the motorbike
Loss of the equipment and motorbike
Accidental damages (scratches and drops of the motorbike)
Damage to the tire above wear and tear
Fuel must be returned at the same tank level it was given to you. If the motorcycle is returned with less fuel, there will be a fee of 50 €.

⦁ All the damages to the motorbike will be charged by price list provided by the official distributer of the motorcycle brand. Damaged motorbike parts are subject to replacement by the new part of fixing the exiting damaged part, which either one is cheaper.
⦁ All damages to the motorcycle should be paid by signee of the contract form. Damages will be charged either by credit card pre-authorization or by cash.
