Motorcycle ride Alps and Dolomites, when seen through the eyes of a motorcyclist, translate to endless twisty roads with some of the most iconic mountain views in the world. You’ll be travelling through Italy, Switzerland, and France. The trip is almost void of any highway stretches, favoring scenic and twisty roads, from day one.

Day 1: Lombardy
Start point: Treviglio
DAY 1: Arrival to Milan or Bergamo Airport. In the afternoon motorcycle check-in at EagleRider location and after a quick orientation of the bikes, briefing with our tour leaders. Welcome Dinner at the restaurant of EagleRider location and overnight stay in Treviglio.
Day 2 : Lombardy/Trentino Alto Adige
Start point: Treviglio
DAY 2: Departure for Trento, the gateway for the Dolomites. On the way stop at Lake Iseo. Known as Sebino, the is the fourth largest lake in Lombardy and is fed by the Oglio River. Then travel to Lake Garda, the largest lake in Northern Italy, along the beautiful Western Gardesana road which was built between 1929 and 1931. It's twisty lakeside road crosses several picturesque towns and offers gorgeous views. Exiting this area, we enter a valley of vineyards, and we get the first glimpses of mountains and castles, as we enter the city of Trento to enjoy a well-deserved rest after the first day. Day 3 : Trentino Alto Adige/Veneto

DAY 3: This morning we ride through valleys of Trentino Alto Adige region. Plenty of options to stop and take in the views at the top of the mountain passes: Rolle Pass, which connects Primiero and Fiemme valleys (2.000mt/6.500ft high), Forcella Aurine (1.299 mt/4.270 feet high), an alpine pass in the province of Belluno (Veneto region) and the majestic Giau Pass (2.300 mt/7.500ft high), which boasts no fewer than 29 hairpin bends to reach and is known as one of the most beautiful Dolomites passes. It's hard to describe what you'll see in words, but in essence it's exactly how you'd expect it, just better and with great roads! Overnight in Cortina d’Ampezzo, a famous mountain destination known as the "pearl of the Dolomites".
Day 4 : Veneto/Trentino Alto Adige
Starting point: Cortina d'Ampezzo
DAY 4: Check out and ride towards Misurina Lake, which reflects the southeast slopes of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks of Lavaredo). Then ride to Cimebanche pass between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige regions. Head towards Valparola pass and ride to an important mountain group in the Dolomites: Sella group which are undoubtedly the most spectacular and iconographic in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Around the Sella Group we will ride the following passes: Campolongo pass (1870mt/6150ft), Pordoi pass (2.239 mt/7.346 ft) and Sella pass (2.218 m /7.277 ft). Overnight in Ortisei
Day 5 : Trentino Alto Adige/Lombardy

DAY 5: We leave Ortisei and travel to Val Venosta, a mountain region surrounded by impressive peaks, dense forests, wide side valleys and a massive valley bed in south Tyrol. A place not to be missed here is Lake Resia: the lake is famous for the steeple of a submerged 14th-century church. Numerous legends swirl around the flooding and the steeple. In colloquial speech sometimes you can still hear the bells ring from the depth! The Venosta Valley is a sun blessed mountain region surrounded by impressive peaks, dense forests, wide side valleys and a massive valley bed. Then we head to Livigno where we overnight.
Day 6 : Lombardy
Starting Point: Livigno
DAY 6: Another beautiful and exciting riding day: we go up to Forcola di Livigno and then we ride the Bernina Pass, a high mountain pass in the Bernina Range of the Alps in the canton of Graubünden (Grisons) -eastern Switzerland- then the Maloja Pass, another Swiss mountain pass which high point is at even 1815 mt (5955 ft). We finally ride to the beautiful Como Lake for the overnight.
Day 7 : Lombardy
Starting Point: Como Lake
DAY 7: We ride along the lake coast of Como Lake enjoying the magnificent villas and small villages. Also known as Lario, Como Lake is the third largest of the Italian lakes and with a maximum depth of approx. 410 mt Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe. Its characteristic shape, reminiscent of an inverted Y, results from the melting of glaciers combined with the erosive action of the ancient Adda river. Head to Milan where we overnight.
Day 9: Lombardy/Valle d'Aosta
Starting point: Milan
DAY 9 : As we leave Milan behind us, we start heading north-west to the south-west shore of Lake Maggiore where we stop in one of the villages on the lake. Lake Maggiore is between the Italian regions of Piedmont and Lombardy and the Swiss canton of Ticino. Beautiful villas, imposing fortresses and castles are located around the lake and its islands. Back on the road we cross a hill section that buffers between the flat land and the Alps to make our way towards the city of Aosta, our stop for dinner and the night.
Day 10: Valle d'Aosta, Italy/France
Starting point: Aosta
DAY 10: Departure from Aosta for a ride that includes a series of marvelous Alpine passes approaching 3000 mt, thrilling driving sensations along these winding roads that climb through splendid landscapes dotted with countless peaks. Riding the Colle del Piccolo San Bernardo, Col de l'Iseran, Col du Télégraphe, Col du Galibier and Col du Lautaret and reach Les Deux Alpes, a renowned summer and winter ski resort where we overnight.
Day 11: France
Starting point: Les Deux Alpes
DAY 11:Today's ride includes a change of landscapes, after a first stretch that is still a little tortuous, we look out over the Provence region with its typical villages and lavender fields, we reach Lake Saint Croix with its intense blue color and enter into the famous Gorges du Verdon, well known for free climbing and whose roads are very popular for all motorcyclists. Overnight in a traditional hotel in La Palud sur Verdon.
Day 12: France
Starting point: La Palud sur Verdon
DAY 12: We complete the route of the "Route des Cretes" which overlooks the wonderful Verdon canyon. We will make a stop in Castellane with its picturesque church located on the cliff overlooking the village, before taking the Route de Napoleon, the road that Napoleon traveled on returning from his exile, this is pleasant for a motorcycle riding. We head to the village of Grasse, the world’s perfume capital situated north of the French Riviera. Overnight in Grasse.
Day 13: France/Langhe, Italy

DAY 13: Today we leave Grasse and start to climb the Alps and return to Italy by crossing the Col della Lombarda Pass, a wonderful road with magnificent views that will take us to Piemonte region towards Langhe, a historical area considered one of the most captivating winemaking areas in Italy. The name "Langhe" is the plural form of langa, which means a long hill. You will be riding through the gentle Langhe hills and the vineyards of Barolo, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo.

Day 14: Piemonte/Lombardy

DAY 14: We leave the hills of Piemonte region crossing the vineyards and beautiful roads of the hilly region of Monferrato and then head to Lomellina in the Po Valley of northern Italy, located in south-western Lombardy region. The area is particularly renowned for the rice that goes back to the ancient ages. Cultivation began in Milan in 1475 and it is said to have been introduced by Galeazzo Maria Sforza, who was the fifth Duke of Milan.
